Fix Infinite Loading Screen or Graphic Problem GTA IV 100% Work

Step

1. HAPUS COMMANDLINE.txt

2. RUN AS NVIDIA DRIVER, lalu setting dibawah

1. Open your GTA IV Game Folder

2. Send to Desktop "Launcher GTA IV" 
3. Right click at "Launcher GTA IV" and click properties

4. Select Target "\Grand Theft Auto IV - Complete Edition\GTAIV\LaunchGTAIV.exe"
5. Give this text after exe" -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem 290.0 -percentvidmem100%

6. So the name of target should be like this ""D:\Mix\Game\Grand Theft Auto IV - Complete Edition\EFLC\LaunchEFLC.exe" -norestrictions -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem 290.0 -percentvidmem100% 

7. Open your game and it's works😝😝😝😝
